"Short Message Service based Water level monitoring for DAMS using Global System for Mobile Communication"

Jun to October is the monsoon period in India. After independence to supply water for farming and to control flood situation dams were constructed with the growing population the problem of water shortage took place so it was and is necessary to save water many developing technologies were used to save water.
Today’s man notices the water level in the dams , water used for farming as well as for drinking too be noted. At the time of floods many problems are faced lack of the means of transport and natural calamity in the reports. To solved these the above system is developed with the help of science and technology.
To check the water level a sensor is there which shows the water level after every interval which give it and also a GSM kit there which sends water level through a Short message on any Mobile or any other GSM system. This system also cheap in cost.



Status: Project Completed with demostration.

"CAPACITOR CUTTING MACHINE FOR AUTOMOBILE USING PLC"

In today's era of industrialization it is compulsorily required manufacturing is very fast and precise, but with increasing manufacturing it is also required to maintain quality of production.
In electronics manufacturing process Printed Circuit Board is very important part. In 1960-1990 there was many problems in PCB manufacturing process for particular application, but these all problems reduces in near to 2000 after that requirement of electronics goods is increases in huge amount. So, it is needed for any industry to increases there production with maintaining best quality.
So, in PCB manufacturing process there was numbers of components are placed on board (components like capacitor, Inductor, Resister). After etching and drilling of PCB components are mounded on PCB and then solder it using some soldering methods. But after soldering our PCB is not ready for its predefined operation, this is because this PCB contains components as mention above and this components have leads, after mounting & soldering of components on PCB, if there is extra (unwanted) leads are present below/back side of PCB so, it is always required to cut all these unusual leads to avoid short-circuit and many problems. But up till now in industries these leads are cut manually there is no any assembly to cut these unused (extra) leads of different components. This manual method have many limitations and disadvantages like method is more time consuming and also not accurate & precise. One main disadvantage is of this system chances to remove solder at leads of components while cutting leads manually due to this whole PCB may be defected.
To avoid such a major issue in industries and to increase speed of manufacturing of electronics board by maintaining quality. We start working on these issues which will be useful to remove all above disadvantages in PCB manufacturing process. Our project based on "Programmable Logic Controller", it consists of mechanical as well as electronics hardware and also software. Using this new assembly we can able to cut the remaining unusual leads of components using automation in great & precise manner. Due to such an assembly in electronics PCB manufacturing process, speed of production of PCB's will be increases with maintaining best quality of production. It is also possible to remove all disadvantages of older method using our new assembly.

"Monitoring of Water Discharge from Canal for Irrigation"

In day to day life demand of water is increases and availability of water is decreases so, it is very important to utilize present amount of water is in proper way. We know that water is useful for many purposes. Water is important for farming purpose also. To provide sufficient amount of water for farming is the job of Irrigation department.
Irrigation department provides water for farming using canals and dams. Irrigation department charges for used water. According to use of water farmer has to pay money. Now in present condition irrigation department calculate amount water given to farmer using manual method. According to condition of gate open or closed of canal, water flow through canals. Using specific measurements department calculates amount of water use by society or farmers. In irrigation department some fixed calculation are present like if Canal gate is open 4CM then 12 liters per second water is discharge through canal. Using this method department calculates amount of water used by society/farmers and according to that they provide bills to society/farmer. This method is not accurate so in departmental level department persons submit bill according to some illegal way. So due to this, farmers pay huge amount of money. Also this manual method have many disadvantages like due to this manual method data of water discharge is not avalible in proper proportion and circle office cannot get true information about discharged water through canal.
Hence we decided to work on this issue. We start working on new assembly which will be able to remove all disadvantages of above old method. This project will consist of hardware as well as software. This assembly calculates discharge of water and save all water discharged data in proper format and then after proper interval of time this data will send to circle office of irrigation department using GSM system. According to this data department gives bills to society/farmers. Using this process farmer pays estimated money according to their use of water. Also one advantage of such system is irrigation department well known about discharge of water.
Hence using our new assembly wastage of water as well as money can be avoided and also possible to remove near about all disadvantage of manual method.

"ABORTION TRACKING AND BABIES'MONITORING SYSTEM"

India records a whopping 5.7 million illegal abortions every year and over 80 percent of pregnant women do not get hygienic antenatal care, say experts."Every year 6.7 million abortions take place in India but the sad part is that 5.7 millions are illegal. The place and technique used in most of the illegal cases are unsafe and unhygienic," said Sudha Tewari president of Parivar Seva Sanstha, an NGO working closely with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare .Keeping the above problems in mind we propose to develop an Abortion tracking system. A 2011 census shows that India has fewer and fewer girls, mostly because unborn female babies are being killed at a very high rate .Many pregnant women abort their unborn child as soon as they find out it is a girl. In 1961 there were 976 girls for every 1000 boys under the age of seven.50 year later, statistics shows that this figure has dropped to 914 girls. So to stop the sex-selective abortion we have to develop an abortion tracking system. It will surely help in reducing the illegal abortions and increasing the sex ratio. The anti-abortion system includes two units: a hospital unit and a server unit. The pregnant women have to get registered using the fingerprint module connected to software which is linked to server PC via GSM. Thus, progress of all the babies and pregnant women is monitored by regulatory authority to ensure that there are no killing of female foetus and no illegal abortions.
